Miroslava is the Managing Director of the boutique executive search firm D.C.G. DELTA Consulting Group, a partner of Kennedy Executive, a global executive search alliance. Prior to founding her own consultancy, she held senior management positions in international companies and served as Director of Recruitment for the largest insurance company in the Czech Republic.

Her work focuses on bridging the gap between education and real labour market expectations. She helps young professionals learn how to present their skills, experience, and potential clearly and professionally—without artificial self-promotion. Her approach is practical, inclusive, and strongly oriented towards digital employability.
