DigiSkill Training Course: Agile Project Management & Scrum

Join our next DigiSkill Training Course, starting on 3 September, and explore the fundamentals of Agile Project Management and the Scrum framework. Across four interactive online sessions, participants will gain practical knowledge through real-life project scenarios, hands-on activities, and collaborative learning.

- Agile principles and the Agile mindset
- Sprint planning and user stories
- Product and Sprint Backlogs
- Scrum roles and responsibilities
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
- Effective teamwork and project collaboration
The course will be led by Armin Cerkez, an experienced youth worker, trainer, and project manager specializing in Erasmus+ projects, Agile methodologies, digital collaboration, and non-formal education. Drawing on his extensive experience in coordinating international projects, Armin helps young people and youth workers develop practical project management skills for today’s digital world.
