The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Global Secretariat and the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030 invite WEPs signatories and private sector partners to the launch of the new WEPs Gender-Responsive Procurement (GRP) Toolbox.
As companies face increasing pressure to strengthen supply chain resilience, gender-responsive procurement is becoming an important business strategy to support stronger supplier relationships, reduce risks, improve retention and productivity, and contribute to more resilient supply chains.
The WEPs GRP Toolbox provides practical guidance, templates or training outlines for companies looking to integrate gender considerations into procurement systems, supplier engagement, and supply chain practices.
During the session, participants will be introduced to the solutions offered through the GRP Toolbox, and hear from companies from the watch and jewelery sector that were involved in testing and developing the GRP Toolbox.
At the end of the session, participants will:

- Learn how the WEPs GRP Toolbox helps integrate gender equality into procurement systems
