DigiSkill: Remote Communication and Team Collaboration

You are warmly invited to join an online dialogue organized as part of the DigiSkill project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme, on the topic:

🌍 Remote Communication and Team Collaboration 🌍

In today’s increasingly interconnected world, the ability to communicate effectively across distances and collaborate in diverse, often virtual teams is essential. Whether in education, work, or international cooperation, strong remote collaboration skills help build trust, improve productivity, and enable meaningful cross-cultural exchange. This dialogue will offer space to reflect on these challenges and share practical insights and experiences.

📅 The dialogue will take place on April 14, 2026 at 13:00 CET, online via Zoom (the link will be shared prior to the event).

⏱️ The session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be held in English.

🎤 Our guest speaker will be Ludmila Caraman, Program Coordinator at Business and Professional Women Moldova, with over 20 years of experience in NGO leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement across the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. She specializes in women’s empowerment, partnership development, and sustainable initiatives that promote gender equality and systemic change, and is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs in emerging markets.

The dialogue is intended for young adults aged 18–30, particularly those interested in intercultural learning, youth collaboration, and international partnerships. The DigiSkill project brings together participants from Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and Portugal, focusing on the development of intercultural and digital competences.
