DigiSkill: Migration, Diaspora and Transnational Identities

You are warmly invited to join an online dialogue organized as part of the DigiSkill project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme, on the topic:

🌍 Migration, Diaspora, and Transnational Identities 🌍

Migration has always been part of the human story. Shaping who we are, how we connect, and how we belong. In today’s interconnected world, questions of identity, community, and movement across borders are more relevant than ever.
This interactive dialogue will explore how migration and diaspora experiences influence personal and collective identities, what it means to navigate multiple cultural spaces, and how young people can turn transnational experiences into opportunities for empowerment and inclusion.

📅 The dialogue will take place on January 27, 2026, at 13:00 CET, via Zoom (the link will be sent before the event).

⏱️ The session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be held in English.

🎤 Our guest speaker will be Oksana Dolga – Project Manager, Youth Mentor, and Public Speaker.

Originally from Ukraine and based in the Czech Republic, Oksana has extensive experience leading initiatives that support young people and displaced communities. She has worked with organizations such as UNICEF, JA Czech, and ZDC, and is the founder of Okeana Crew, a consulting project connecting youth with international career opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Oksana is passionate about youth empowerment, migration, and intercultural understanding. Through her work and public speaking, she advocates for inclusion, resilience, and connection across cultures.

This dialogue is intended for young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those interested in intercultural learning, youth cooperation, and international collaboration. The DigiSkill project connects participants from Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and Portugal, with a focus on developing both intercultural and digital competences.
