She served on the boards of global companies like Johnson & Johnson or McDonald’s for almost 3 decades.  Ivana is also acting as a global mentor and facilitator for Google for Startups\, she mentors for BPWCR as well as European Women on Board. She has mentored 1000 leaders and counting. \nOne of the key topics Ivana covers in her key notes and panels is negotiation\, influencing and conflict resolution. She is a regular guest of Negoticon and negotiation podcasts.
