After fourteen years in management roles within international corporations such as DHL and Maurice Ward Group\, she decided to dedicate herself fully to people development and to supporting leaders who strive to lead their teams successfully and effectively. With more than 25 years of experience in developing people and teams\, Eva is a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, as well as a mentor and trainer.
