Across four interactive online sessions\, participants will gain practical knowledge through real-life project scenarios\, hands-on activities\, and collaborative learning. \nWhat will you learn?\nDuring the course\, participants will explore: \n\nAgile principles and the Agile mindset\nSprint planning and user stories\nProduct and Sprint Backlogs\nScrum roles and responsibilities\nScrum ceremonies and artifacts\nEffective teamwork and project collaboration\n\nThe course will be led by Armin Cerkez\, an experienced youth worker\, trainer\, and project manager specializing in Erasmus+ projects\, Agile methodologies\, digital collaboration\, and non-formal education.
